The team is looking to welcome a Field Service Technician, who will play a central role between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Your Mission Under the supervision of the President, you will be responsible for providing technical support on site and in the workshop, installing, repairing, and maintaining our products. You will also be called upon to participate in business development by identifying opportunities during your interventions. Main Responsibilities Technical Service Work closely with our customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare new systems for sale. Provide on-site and workshop technical support to our customers. Install, repair, and maintain our products. Diagnose technical problems and propose effective solutions. Train customers on the proper use of our products. Document and report all activities and interventions carried out at customer sites. Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for on-site interventions. Desired Profile Skills and Experience Degree in mechanical systems, electrical systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits. Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written). Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Valid driver's license and passport. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (road and air) and adapt to a flexible work schedule. Good physical condition to perform assembly and maintenance tasks. Your Mission Under the supervision of the President, you will be responsible for business development and managing a customer portfolio in a targeted market. Your mission: to achieve sales targets, provide superior consulting services and build lasting, respectful relationships with all stakeholders. Main Responsibilities Business Development and Sales Develop and maintain a portfolio of active and potential customers in targeted markets. Generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, proactive follow-up and prospecting for new accounts. Promote new products and promotions to customers.
