We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of operations administrative assistant who will have the opportunity to grow with us in a captivating and dynamic environment. We are a company that has been working in the field of industrial marking and coding for over 45 years now
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the administrative team and greet visitors as needed
- Plan and manage purchases
- Accounts payable processing
- Enter miscellaneous data and update accounting software
- Make deposits into the accounting system
- Translate certain documents
- Create and update product sheets
- All other related tasks
Skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize and work independently
- 1-3 years experience in a similar position
- DEP administrative assistant or equivalent
- Affinity for interpersonal relations
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of "Acomba" software and Zoho CRM would be an asset
- Ability to communicate in writing / visually / graphically
